     Founded by Djemimar Brutus, RN, MSN, Bucks Med was created to provide personalized concierge nursing support for individuals and families who need extra guidance, reassurance, and care at home.

 After years of bedside nursing experience, Djemimar recognized that many patients leave medical appointments or hospital stays feeling overwhelmed, unsupported, and unsure of what comes next.

     Bucks Med was built to help bridge that gap. 

     Our Services focus on medication education, wellness and safety visits, and post-discharge support designed to help clients feel more confident, informed, and cared for in the comfort of their own homes. 

     We understand that every client’s needs are different.
