    Regular wellness visits provide peace of mind by promoting safety, encouraging healthy routines, and helping clients remain comfortable in their own homes. Bucks Med LLC offers compassionate RN wellness visits designed to support overall well-being through education, observation, and personalized guidance.

What This Service Includes

Our Wellness & Safety Visits are designed to provide supportive nursing guidance that promotes independence, confidence, and peace of mind.

 General wellness check-ins 

  •  Basic wellness screenings and discussions
  •  Home safety observations and                                 recommendations
  •  Fall-risk awareness and prevention education
  •  Hydration, nutrition, and healthy lifestyle education
  • Support and education for family caregivers
  • Assistance identifying questions for upcoming healthcare appointments
  • Encouragement to seek medical evaluation when concerns are observed

 Wellness visits are educational and supportive in nature and are not a substitute for emergency medical care, physician services, or licensed home health services.
